Shipping Policy for Baby World

At Baby World, we're committed to getting your baby essentials to you quickly and safely. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process.
Shipping Within the United States
We currently ship to all 50 states within the United States. We use trusted carriers to ensure your items arrive safely and on time.
Shipping Methods & Costs
Standard Shipping (5-7 Business Days)
- Orders under $50: $5.95
- Orders $50-$99.99: $3.95
- Orders $100+: FREE SHIPPING
Expedited Shipping (2-3 Business Days)
- Flat rate: $12.95 (regardless of order size)
Express Shipping (1-2 Business Days)
- Flat rate: $19.95 (regardless of order size)
Note: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During peak seasons (holidays, sales events), processing times may be extended to 2-3 business days. We'll notify you if there are any delays with your order.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with:
- Your tracking number
- A link to track your package
- Estimated delivery date
You can also track your order by logging into your Baby World account and viewing your order history.
Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipment (not the order date). Actual delivery times may vary based on:
- Your location
- Weather conditions
- Carrier delays
- Holidays
Estimated Delivery Times by Region:
- Local/Regional (within state): 2-4 business days
- National (continental US): 5-7 business days
- Alaska & Hawaii: 7-10 business days
Large or Heavy Items
Some items such as strollers, cribs, and nursery furniture may require special shipping:
- May ship via freight carrier
- Additional shipping fees may apply
- Delivery times may be longer (7-14 business days)
- Signature may be required upon delivery
Any additional shipping costs for large items will be clearly displayed at checkout.
International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within the United States. We hope to expand our shipping options in the future!
P.O. Boxes & Military Addresses
P.O. Boxes: We can ship most items to P.O. Boxes via USPS. However, large items (strollers, furniture) cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes.
APO/FPO/DPO Addresses: We're proud to ship to military addresses! Standard shipping rates apply, though delivery times may vary (typically 10-21 business days).
Lost or Damaged Packages
Lost Packages: If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it:
- Check with neighbors or building management
- Verify the shipping address on your order
- Wait 24 hours (sometimes carriers mark items as delivered early)
- Contact us at babyworldus@shopify.com if you still can't locate your package
Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged:
- Take photos of the damaged packaging and items
- Contact us immediately at babyworldus@shopify.com
- Keep all packaging materials until the issue is resolved
We'll work with you to resolve the issue quickly, either through a replacement or refund.
Address Changes
Need to change your shipping address? Contact us as soon as possible at babyworldus@shopify.com. We can update your address if your order hasn't shipped yet.
Once an order has shipped, we cannot change the delivery address. You may need to contact the carrier directly to request a delivery change (additional fees may apply).
